Elendil LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MySmileShot mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
2. Data Collection and Use
On-Device AI Processing: MySmileShot uses the MediaPipe FaceLandmark model to detect smiles. All facial processing is performed strictly on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos or facial biometric data to any external servers.
Firebase Remote Config: We use Firebase Remote Config to provide localized content and sponsor texts. This service may collect non-identifying information (e.g., country, language, device type) to deliver the correct configuration.
AdMob (Advertising): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use personal data (such as Advertising ID) to show personalized ads.
Data Deletion for Advertising ID: You can delete or reset your Advertising ID through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID).
3. European and California Disclosures
EEA & UK (GDPR): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we rely on your consent to process personal data for targeted advertising via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not "sell" your personal information. You have the right to opt-out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Since this app does not collect personal accounts, you can exercise this right by managing your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset or Delete Advertising ID.

이용자 미소 감지 (On-device AI): 기기 내(On-device)에서 실시간으로 미소를 감지하며, 사진 데이터는 서버로 전송되지 않고 기기에 저장됩니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목
기기정보: 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA), 단말기 모델명, OS 버전, 국가 및 언어 설정.
카메라 접근: 미소 감지 기능을 위한 일시적 접근 (서버 저장 없음).
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.
위탁 대상자: Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase)
위탁 업무 내용: 맞춤형 광고 제공, 앱 설정값 및 분석 정보 수집.
4. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 개인정보보호법 제29조에 따라 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.
기술적 조치: 앱의 모든 AI 모델은 온디바이스로 작동하여 데이터 유출 위험을 원천 차단합니다.
광고 관련 데이터 삭제 방법: 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만, 광고 서비스(AdMob) 이용을 위해 수집되는 광고 ID는 사용자가 기기 설정(설정 > Google > 광고 > 광고 ID 재설정 또는 삭제)을 통해 직접 삭제하거나 제어할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 시행일부터 적용됩니다. 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 앱 내 설정 화면 또는 본 웹페이지(개인정보 처리방침)를 통하여 개정 최소 7일 전부터 고지할 것입니다. 다만, 수집하는 개인정보의 항목, 이용목적의 변경 등과 같이 이용자 권리의 중대한 변경이 발생할 때에는 최소 30일 전에 고지합니다.
Cihaz İçi Yapay Zeka: MySmileShot, gülümsemeleri tespit etmek için MediaPipe modelini kullanır. Tüm işlem kullanıcının cihazında gerçekleşir ve kullanıcının fotoğrafları harici sunuculara iletilmez veya orada saklanmaz.
